Preschool through 5th grade meet from 5:00 to 6:00 Sunday evenings to learn about missionaries at home and around the world. These lessons follow the plan from TeamKID: Character Challenge (see below). Missionary stories teach KIDs how God wants them to show good character, just like these missionaries, to love Him and love others. Each week kids are challenged to learn the weekly memory verse for a chance to visit the treasure chest! Help your child memorize their verse every week! Of course, there games, crafts, and activities to go along with each missionary tale.
TeamKID Character Challenge meets every Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30. Preschool through 5th grades welcome! Nursery will be available for children younger than 3.
Highland Christian Academy offers loving child care for infants through pre-K at First Baptist Church of Apopka. After school care with school pick-up is also available for elementary aged children. Summer programs are available too! Please visit their website for more information.
